CodingCush for WordPress

Free WordPress plugins that do one job well

Small, fast plugins for the problems most WordPress sites run into: security hardening, speed clean-ups and admin fixes. Every plugin is free, maintained and honest about what it does.

  • 100% free, GPL licensed
  • No tracking, no phoning home
  • Loads only what you switch on
  • No ads or upgrade nags

In short CodingCush plugins are free WordPress plugins made by CodingCush, an Indian coding education site. There is currently 1 released plugin — CodingCush Tweaks, 23 one-click WordPress fixes in one light plugin: disable XML-RPC, control Heartbeat, raise the upload limit, limit revisions and more — and 3 more in development. Each one is lightweight, works with WordPress 6.0+ and PHP 7.4+, and can be installed by uploading its zip in Plugins → Add New.

How we build

Four rules every CodingCush plugin follows

Lightweight

No jQuery, no page builders, no external calls. Code that is switched off is never loaded.

Secure by default

Nonces, capability checks and escaped output everywhere, checked with the official Plugin Check tool.

Private

No telemetry and no data sent anywhere. Your site's data stays on your site.

Clean exit

Uninstalling removes every option the plugin created. Nothing is left in your database.

FAQ

Questions about CodingCush plugins

Are CodingCush plugins really free?

Yes. Every plugin listed here is free and licensed GPL-2.0-or-later. There are no ads inside wp-admin, no upgrade nags and no locked core features. A few future plugins may offer an optional Pro add-on, and that is always clearly marked.

Do the plugins slow down my website?

They are built to be lightweight: no jQuery, no external requests, no front-end CSS or JavaScript unless a feature needs it, and code that only loads on the screens where it is used.

Do CodingCush plugins collect my data?

No. The plugins do not phone home, do not track your visitors and do not send any data to CodingCush or third parties.

How do I install a CodingCush plugin?

Download the zip from the plugin page, then in WordPress go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the zip and click Install Now, then Activate. Once a plugin is approved on WordPress.org you can also search for it by name in Plugins → Add New.

Which WordPress and PHP versions are supported?

Each plugin page lists its exact requirements. Our current plugins need WordPress 6.0 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer, and are tested with the latest WordPress release.

Where can I get help or request a feature?

Use the contact page on codingcush.com or the support forum on the plugin's WordPress.org page. Feature ideas are welcome — many features come straight from user requests.
